Its quite intuitive ,isn’t it. Though there are many places in Singapore that I can show you, to invest it. Investing in well known places, is in many ways, a conservative and a sure way to guard and grow your capital . After all, many other investors would also be looking in the same area and just like you, who would stick to well known districts. This means a pool of ready buyers , when you want to sell.
